A Handheld Portable Drill Winch can be used for multiple pulling and lifting purposes for workers with disabilities.   These winches can be used to stretch wire or cable, pull boat racks from a lake, drag logs to a splitter, lift parts into place, etc… A worker can independently load and lift heavy equipment into place by using this winch powered by a standard portable drill.
