Description
Collapsible ladders are lightweight and not awkward to carry for workers with arm impairments, back injuries or leg limitations. Carrying a long ladder through a building can be very difficult for a carpenter with a shoulder injury. The long length of a ladder requires alot of flexibility and back twisting to maneuver around trees or other worksite obstacles when doing home maintenance. A groundskeeper with leg impairments struggles to carry a heavy ladder across landscaping or uneven surfaces when cleaning gutters or changing bulbs in outdoor lighting. All these struggles can be resolved by using a collapsible ladder. It is only 32 to 36″ long and 30 to 40 pounds to carry. Once at the worksite, the ladder can be raised in 1-foot increments until it is the desired height. When the task is complete, the ladder can be retracted and easily transported to the next work site.
Workers with common conditions such as these would benefit from a Collapsible Ladder: Back Injury, Cancer, Fused Vertebrae, Herniated Disc, Lumbar/Low Back Pain, Rotator Cuff Injury, Ruptured Disc, Shoulder Replacement, Slipped Disc, Osteoarthritis (weight bearing joints).
