Workers with one arm can carry a 5 gallon bucket comfortably for hours.  Normal carrying of 5 gallon buckets require holding a handle (often uncomfortably) with a hand.  Carrying long distances can be difficult, if not impossible for workers with back, arm, hand disabilities.
