A Material Lift Dolly will raise 500-lb loads from 4-inches to 58-inches so workers in the shop do not need to lift with their backs.
Workers in farm repair shops, wineries, commercial kitchens, feed stores and other material handling occupations frequently lift heavy items from shelves and carry them. Instead of reaching and lifting, the worker can roll material lift dolly to the shelf, slide the jugs or boxes onto the lift platform,
raise or lower the load with the hand crank winch, roll the dolly to the new location, and slide the
materials to its desired place. The manual hand crank winch can also be replaced with a Power Ratchet Driver for workers with arm impairments.
