Description
A farmer with mobility or arm impairments can use a hydraulic top link to hitch three-point implements from the comfort of his tractor seat by simply pushing a lever. The top link tilts a quick hitch so the top hook can engage the implement first, then as the top link retracts the side pins are pulled into place and latch. A standard top link is a screw jack and must be manually adjusted to control this tilt. The farmer would need to climb out of the tractor cab and repeatedly adjust the top link length while hitching 3-point implements. With the Hydraulic Top Link-3pt, workers with arthritis in the knees would find relief from not having to climb in and out of the tractor cab to adjust the top link length while hitching 3-point implements.
