Description

No more climbing! Use a heavy duty manlift to access heavy equipment, tractors, trucks and campers. A man-lift will lift a worker who cannot climb to the equipment operator’s station. The ladders leading to the operator’s station on most heavy equipment are steep and tall with small surface areas on the steps themselves. Workers with limited mobility who are able to stand can use platform man-lifts that lift them up so they can walk directly from the platform to the tractor seat without climbing any steps. Workers who cannot stand need a man-lift with a seat or sling that will lift them from ground level to a position near enough to transfer from the man-lift to the tractor seat. Commercially manufactured man-lifts for heavy equipment or hoists certified to lift people should be used as the lifting mechanism.

Workers with common conditions such as these would benefit from an Equipment Manlift.

A platform lift is attached on the outside of a tall vehicle, such as

  • excavator,
  • pay loader,
  • tractor,
  • log skidder,
  • harvester,
  • etc…

and conveys the user from the ground to the driver’s platform. The worker stands on a platform and operates a switch mounted on a handle bar to raise and lower the lift.

The Pilot Lift is a seat lift that is attached to the outside of heavy equipment or taller vehicles that do not allow easy access to the driver’s seat. The user sits in the lift and operates the controls from there. The arm holding the lift seat is flexible, bending in two places so the worker can guide the seat through the cab door and easily transfer to the equipment seat.
