Bench Clamping Station

A Bench Clamping Station is used to position and hold parts by workers with an arm or hand injury.

Description

A Bench Clamping Station will lock material to a bench tow while being worked on. It will automatically adjust to its thickness, eliminating the need for readjustments.  Clamping pressure can be adjusted, but will stay the same no matter the thickness.  It also has padded grips for minimizing hand fatigue.

Workers with hand, arm, shoulder, endurance, or back disabilities can benefit from a Bench Clamping Station to hold material in place while working with one hand.

Limitations Addressed:  Upper extremity, Lower extremity, Strength/endurance, Back
