International Orders Notes

• When placing your order, please make sure that you include your telephone number including country and area code.
• If you have a preferred shipping method, please inform us of this.
• We will send a quotation of shipping charges BEFORE your order is processed.
• Please send us a physical shipping address and not a P.O. box.
• We ship to all countries, with the exception of those restricted from trade by the United States or international sanctions.
• A commercial invoice will be included with the shipment, stating the description, price, and country of origin.
• Please note that import duties and clearance fees are always the responsibility of the buyer.
• Please note that any electrical equipment is made for 110 Volt usage.
• Most of our measuring equipment is produced with English measurements (feet, inches).

Payment

• Credit Cards – MasterCard and VISA are accepted. The “Bill To/Invoice” address must be the address to which your bank mails your credit card statement.
• Prepayment – Personal check, cashier’s check, wire transfers, and money orders are acceptable methods of prepayment. Payment must be made in U.S. currency.
